Nicole started in the banking industry in 2007, becoming a director & financial adviser for Boost Brokers in 2022. In the banking industry, Nicole worked in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking and Business Banking. She has a vast amount of knowledge across all areas.
Nicole loves to help clients meet their goals and dreams, whether they are first-home buyers, property investors, buying a business, or refinancing. Nicole can ensure you are getting the best product for your needs, helping you deal with your existing bank or looking at other options to ensure your deal runs as smoothly as possible.
Boost Brokers Waikato is a family-owned business, previously run under another name, which has been operated by Nicole’s father, Gary Haberfield, since 2008. Her mother Adele works behind the scenes and her brother, Brad, has worked for the business in the past. Nicole grew up in Hamilton and has lived in the Waikato all her life.
In 2015 she married Luke and they have two beautiful daughters born in 2018 and 2021. In the past Nicole has been a competitive swimmer, waka ama paddler and netball player. However, with work and family commitments, these have now taken a back seat. Outside of work, she loves baking cakes, fishing, to the beach and cooking on the Kamado BBQ.

After a total of 15 years with National Bank & ANZ (in both NZ & Australia), in 2017 Tracey took the bold step into mortgage broking, and outside the corporate world

Tracey worked as a business banking manager for 5 years, and in business banking for 12 years whilst at ANZ, so has a complete understanding of the specialist needs of self-employed business owners.
For Tracey, the financial world has always been about making the dreams of her clients come true. She considers herself a partner in their goals, and a way to make that dream a reality.
Tracey is Mum to Lexi, and family is number one in her life. She shares her hobbies with Lexi and her Mum, spending summer weekends travelling the northern equestrian circuit, with a number of horses onboard. Annual holidays are to the Horse of the Year, where she & Lexi have won national titles in side saddle and compete in a number of other classes. Lexi is also an accomplished cheerleader, and winter weekends are often spent in a stadium watching this amazing sport.

Dedar’s goal is to assist in growing wealth growth through property ownership and to provide better protection to you and your family from the financial risks involved.
He worked as an Assistant Branch Manager with India’s leading banking brand, HDFC Bank. This was followed by 10 years in a retail management position in New Zealand. Dedar wanted to do something extraordinary, and became a Mortgage Advisor, leaving behind his previous management profile.
Before joining the bank, Dedar completed an MBA allowing him to better understand the management, finance, customer service and marketing aspects of business. Dedar has plenty of experience in both the personal and business banking teams, and in a wide range of roles at the management level, which is useful in understanding customer needs and providing quality professional advice. Dedar considers it a privilege to work with such an amazing team at Boost Brokers.
In his personal life, he enjoys travelling and interacting with people from different cultures. He also has a passion for photography and landscape painting for relaxation.
